Recruitment Executive


Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

Providing full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees based on project timeline. To collaborate with project heads on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. To able to attract candidates using various sources, ie social media networks, referrals and etc. To support on administrative jobs on reporting, analysis, filing and etc.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day Operations task for project

· Develop and update job description and job specifications

· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

· Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes

· On board new employees in order to become fully integrated

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship

· Maintain and input active recruitment database

· Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis

· Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks on any recruitment/project issues
