Team Leader / Supervisor


Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

To lead a group of merchandisers to ensure they achieve the operation efficiency and effectiveness of Client’s requirement in the assigned outlets

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and manage merchandisers in assigned area.
  • Support Operations Manager and Executive in the daily operations of the team
  • Support merchandisers in merchandising activities where necessary
  • Manage merchandising standards at assigned areas
  • Consolidate and report market intelligence
  • Administration of POS materials, equipment, promotional premium in assigned area

Job Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years experience working as Merchandiser or other related role
  • Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact with all levels/positions.
  • Detail-oriented, good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
  • Possess own transport
