- Provide administrative and project management support to the Business Development team.
- Assist in managing key client accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting.
- Support client servicing activities, including account follow-ups, updates, and coordination.
- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams on contracts, invoices, billing processes, and project requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, costings, and reports to support client pitching and renewal activities.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant industry insights to support business strategies.
- Maintain updated client profiles, account records, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Administration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the Business Development Manager in identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts and improve client satisfaction.

- Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, Administration, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, merchandising, or manpower-related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
