Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled site visits to deli2go & Costa outlets
• Analyze sales performance against targets and generate comprehensive reports.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, planogram compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Conduct formal audits covering documentation (temperature logs, pest control, Halal certs), equipment maintenance, inventory, and staff product knowledge.
• Share findings with the Shell Food & Coffee team and retailers to drive improvement.
• Prepare and brief retailers on opening procedures and execution checklists.
• Conduct deli2go Crew Foundation Training, coordinate Food Handler’s Training
• Provide on-site coaching on food preparation, baking, and regulatory safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication and consolidate operational findings with the Company’s Food & Coffee team.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, F&B operations, or F&B sales is a strong advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of F&B operations, food safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with retailers and stakeholders professionally.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Analytical thinker with a data-driven, problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Excellent time management and ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel around the Klang Valley area.
