Job Description:

• To conduct product/soft skills training to clients and stakeholders
• To attend/support new product launching events
• Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned
• Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based on market needs, and drive new and updated programs
• Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision
• Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement
• Able to motivate and influence team members
• Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge and soft skills for clients and stakeholders
• Actively participate and provide support for new productlaunching-relatedevents

Requirement:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
• 1~3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
