Role


Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise merchandiser
- Plan & Manage itinerary, HR & payroll matters, POSM allocation & distribution
- Train & coach merchandiser
- Monthly updates on all merchandisers performance/ KPI achievement
- Recruitment & Internal Documentation (Ensure documentation submission & compliancy (salary, claims, insurance payout)
- Build rapport with clients and outlet personnel
- Identify in-outlet opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans
- Conduct field visits & spot checks across all regions
- Joint field visits with client to understand the business and expectation
- Ensure completion of reports according to timeline
- Ensure data accuracy submitted by merchandisers
- Planning on adhoc setup & execution
- POSM allocation / tracking
- Backup support of field work and roadshow/event
- Prepare monthly business review presentation
- Able to do analysis on data

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG operations
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good communication, presentation skills & analysis on data
- Preferably someone who is 25 - 40 years old
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to outstation
