Duties & Responsibilities
- Roving to Selected Pharmacies Based on Route Plan
- Organizing and following a pre-determined route to visit specific pharmacies, which may involve geographic efficiency or priority locations.
- Approaching Pharmacists and Detailing the Product USP
- Building a rapport with the pharmacists to gain trust and facilitate product discussions.
- Presenting the product's unique selling points, including its benefits, features, and how it stands out from competitors.
- Providing additional information or training on the product if necessary and keeping the pharmacy updated on new product releases or promotions.
- Monitoring and Tracking Product Availability & POSM Visibility
- Ensuring that the product is readily available in sufficient quantity, tracking stock levels, and addressing any shortages.
- Ensuring that promotional materials, such as posters, banners, or shelf displays, are placed in high-visibility areas within the pharmacy to increase product awareness.
