Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage all contests project and other operations task.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
- Manage project operation task.
- Setup and manage contest including T&C, call script, message copy and winner draw.
- Data processing, compilation and validation.
- Report generation.
- Deploy & ensure compliance of SOP.
- Liaise with client on deliverable.
- Manage call centre task and work schedule.
- Ensure project deliverable on time.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication
- Min 3-5 years
- Self-motivated,Result Driven,Interpersonal skills,Detail-Oriented,Time Management skills,Team player,Problem solving,Analytical thinking,People management
- Above 25 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- Able to work under tight deadline
