Duties & Responsibilities

- Ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Weekly WIP with Client
- Data analysis and able to provide report insights
- Monthly Business Review Meeting and engagement with Client
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers
- Manage ad-hoc request & manpower allocations
- Prepare and plan of itinerary & recruitment for the team
- Monthly meeting and updates on merchandisers performance/KPI achievement
- Monitor merchandisers day to day performance and discipline matters
- Ensure documentation submission & compliancy (salary, claims, insurance payout)
- Perform audit & route ride with merchandisers and client
- Allocate all POSM materials.
- Backup support of field work
- Travel to the region for field work and audit once a month

Job Requirements

- At least SPM/ Diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG operations
- Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication & presentation skills, analysis on data
- Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure, fast-changing environment at irregular hours (including weekends)
- Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must posses own transport and willing to travel to outstation
