Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a recruitment agency or similar high-volume environment
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to share knowledge and support your team
- Proactive in resolving issues, think out of the box, have positive working attitude, ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG background or related field is advantageous for this position
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
- A demonstrated track record of sourcing, assessing, and selecting high-quality candidates
