Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor promoters’ performance, merchandising standards, and product visibility.
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, stocks, or display units to outlets.
- Ensure items are delivered accurately, safely, and within the required timeframe.
- Keep proper records of stock movements, delivery forms, and return items.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the manager.
- Prepare and submit operational documents such as attendance sheets, claim forms, outlet visit reports, and delivery notes.
- Support the operations and HR team with required paperwork including new staff onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist in compiling project reports, photo submissions, and expense documentation for management or client review.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for smooth audit or internal checking.
- Lead and guide the field team to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Conduct daily or weekly briefings to communicate assignments, priorities, and expectations.
- Provide training, motivation, and feedback to staff to maintain performance standards.
- Monitor attendance and discipline, and report issues promptly to management.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outlet visits, delivery status, and manpower updates.
- Communicate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure operational needs are met.
