Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage event schedules, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee setup, operations, and dismantling of activations and events.
- Ensure brand guidelines and objectives are met in all activation touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance, collect feedback, and prepare post-activation reports.
- Handle on-ground issues and provide quick solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team in brainstorming and developing creative activation ideas.

Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or Higher.
- 1-3 years & above work experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Chinese will be added advantage
