Role


Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist Client Service/Account Managers in handling client accounts and projects.
-Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
-Support in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and activations.
-Help track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
-Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting notes, and following up on action items.

Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
-Willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2
