Client Service Manager


MYR 5,000.00  to  MYR 6,500.00

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

To assist Client Service Director in developing and managing clients to meet the sales target set by the Company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To develop new business from existing clients and also to seek new business opportunities.
  • To maintain strong and lasting relationship with clients and advertising agencies.
  • To coordinate with all relevant internal teams to execute client’s in-store advertising campaign on time.
  • Strategize and drive the sales initiatives to maximize total sales.
  • Understand client’s business strategies and retailer’s strategies. Develop business plans to assist them in achieving the strategies while meeting Pos Ad sales target.
  • Actively promoting and delivering the Company’s integrated products and services to boost customer satisfactions.
  • Keep abreast with market development and proactively recommend the best value products and services to customers.
  • Establish and develop close rapport with customers and related ad/media agencies.
  • Provide after-sales service in maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Keep detail clients’ profile.
  • As the Lead point for all matters specific to your accounts.

Job Requirements:

Min. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media Studies,Mass Communication or related field.
Language Proficiency:Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & oral), Chinese dialect (oral) is an added advantage.
Preferred Age Group:26 to 35 years old
Work Experience:

  • 5 years experience in sales, client servicing or advertising sales.
  • Ability to work with (Client) Senior Managers and Business Owners
  • Familiar with FMCG or Advertising Industry
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Other Requirement:
  • Possess own transport
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent / MNC FMCG Sales / MNC FMCG Trade Marketing.
