Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage contests projects and other operation task
- Setup and manage contest including T&C, call script, message copy and winner draw.
- Testing of contest flow and submission
- Data processing, compilation and validation of receipt
- Report generation in Excel
- Deploy & ensure compliance of SOP
- Liaise with client on deliverable
- Manage call centre task and work schedule
- Ensure project deliverable on time
