Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan training schedules and coordinate participants, internal or external parties (dealers) to attain the training
- Prepare all training materials and test questions
- Prepare training venue and ensure all training equipment are in working conditions Prepare training programs that cover knowledge gaps
- Demonstrate training vision
- Manage a diverse training environment
- Coach for service and sales performance
- Upload training material and training deliverables in RMS system
- Evaluate training effectiveness through trainees knowledge retention (Test)
- Building a High Performance Team
- Conducts Sales Technique and product Training
- Cultivate sales and service performance
- Conduct all stand-up training and online training in accordance to training manual , requirement and specification
- Participate and conduct sales rallies event
- Developing and Engaging Team for Workplace Success
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation
- Coach productivity and innovation initiatives
- Attend to dealers and partners queries related to product knowledge
- Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation
- Motivate Retail Supervisors and promoters
- Develop team cohesiveness
- Build team capability
- Build and maintain strong relationship with dealers and partners
- Provide training support
