Duties & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and follow-up on store construction, store image upgrading deployment
- Follow-up on store construction and store image furniture and fixture availability for deployment
- Manage store construction completion timeline
- Follow-up and coordinate with dealers stores and mall management on store construction details, documentation and suppliers.
- Report store construction and store image upgrading progress on timely basis
- Follow-up and coordinate all region marketing activities, POSM material deployment on a timely basis
- Establish relationships for customer confidence over multiple customer touch points
- Maintain, monitor and follow-up retail marketing merchandising store presentation display standard across all stores types
- Follow-up region operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events
- Provide competitor marketing activities information to Retail Marketing
- Assign and coordinate Retail Supervisors in POSM Deployment
- Region Warehouse Management
- Accountability of Region warehouse materials for store constructions, POSM, merchandising material and Gifts.
- Proper documentation and tracking of all store constructions material, POSM, gifts allocation and dissemination
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation
- Implement process improvement plans to streamline work alignment and effective workflow for store construction and retail marketing deployment process
- Attend to dealers and partners queries related to stores construction activities, merchandising, and Marketing activities.
- Evaluate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation
- Coordinate with Retail Supervisor & City Manager
- Develop team cohesiveness

- Build and maintain strong relationship with dealers, partners, store construction vendors and mall management personnel
- Develop and maintain business and professional networks
- Review and feedback dealers, partners, vendors and mall management improvement areas
