Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance within assigned region
- Analyze new market trends, explore store expansion and image upgrade opportunities
- Coordinate retail marketing promotion activities and events in dealers stores to optimize sales
- Demonstrate service vision
- Manage operations for service excellence
- Manage a diverse service environment
- Coach for service performance
- Establish relationships for customer confidence over multiple customer touch points
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction
- Supervise Retail Supervisor
- Monitor and feedback on stock inventory availabilities in dealers stores
- Coordinate and monitor deployment of merchandising display, LDU, Dummies, fixtures and gifts with dealers
- Coordinate store construction, store image upgrade development activities
- Conduct periodical checks on store visual merchandising presentation standards
- Conduct Retail Mapping Exercise
- Provide market competition information to Region Sales Managers and Sales Director
- Manage and Monitor operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events
- Manage and review store operations and processes within region
- Monitor and analyze sales records
- Review historical sales and market trends to forecast sales target
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation
- Implement productivity and innovation initiatives
- Monitor the implementation of productivity and innovation initiatives
- Attend to customer queries related to product knowledge, stocks issues and merchandising
- Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation
- Supervise Retail Supervisors
