Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely processing projects.
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on project matters.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to financial processes and data security.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Provide administrative support to various departments or team members as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate communication and coordination of tasks.
• Assist in coordinating special events, projects, or initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or at least SPM and above with 1 year working experience
- Preferably 2 years related experience
- Language proficient: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Committed and responsible
- Good initiative and willing to learn
- Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office applications
