Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.
• Actively engage with customers and promote products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution- oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• At least SPM certification
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
• Good communication skill and engaging personality
• Out-going, energetic and able to work with public

Working days and working hours:
• Working day: 6 days
• Working hours: Shift
