Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly financial statements and timely submission of financial reports
- Manage accounts receivable, including preparation of sales invoices, updating receipts, and monitoring debtor aging
- Manage accounts payable, including updating purchase invoices and processing payments
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and to support financial planning
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit process and tax computation
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departmental heads
- Apply strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and support management in decision-making
- Any ad hoc assignment by the management
