Duties & Responsibilities
- Submit daily attendance to clients
- Attend monthly and weekly review meetings with clients and record minutes of meetings
- Prepare weekly report – Minutes, POSM tracking form and POSM balance
- Prepare monthly report – Claim, KPI, Courier expenses and traveling expenses
- Manage the cleanliness of the store room
- Arrange POSM to nationwide Field Representative
- Manage POSM quantity upon low stock as needs to inform clients

Job Requirements

- Diploma or at least SPM with 1 year working experience
- Good attitude and personality
- Punctual and wise in managing time
- Committed and responsible
- Good initiative and willing to learn
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2
