RoleDuties & Responsibilities- Support day-to-day recruitment administration.- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.- Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates for open positions- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers- Assist with onboarding new hires.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting data in applicant tracking system.- Assist in Social Media content planning & posting
Job Requirements- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in any Business / HR related course- Required skills: MS Office- Detailed oriented- Excellent in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Proficient in Canva- Willing to work at Phileo Damansara 2
