Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a range of roles and industries
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and successfully match candidates to open positions
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and success rates
- Mentor and support more junior members of the recruitment team
