Specific Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Operations Manager in day-to-day Field
Force (FF) operations
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting
and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Recruit headcount based on timeline provided by
Project
- Assist in on-boarding of new candidate with Project
Head
- Conduct Orientation Program
- Follow up with new successful candidate according to
SOP and build rapport/influential relationship
- Adhere strictly to Project SOP, complete and ensure
timely submission of all necessary reports / documents
- Expand and maintain active recruitment database
- Conduct industry survey on salary for
merchandiser and promoter in various relevant industries
- Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc
project check and feedback on Issues relating to recruitment/operations
- To assist in collection for POSMs delivery to
office and store room management
