Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and check claims on expenses etc in accordance to the Company’s guidelines
- Handling purchasing and office maintenance
- Co-ordinating POSM delivery for storages
- Bookkeeping tasks
- Preparing key performance indicator
- Handling Adhoc task and payment
- Handling onboarding and outboarding for project team
- Preparing report are needed by the project
- Update and plotting task in the system
- Greeting visitor
- Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or at least SPM with 1 year working experience
- Good attitude and personality
- Punctual and wise in managing time
- Committed and responsible
- Good initiative and willing to learn
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2
