Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, build and maintain partnerships with existing and potential clients to fulfil the business needs through regular contact and account management
- Actively seek new business opportunities with new, existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients for new or renewal contracts
- Attend networking events and other promotional opportunities while maintaining a professional and credible profile on behalf of the company; these may be outside of the normal working hour, so some flexibility is required
- Develop business analysis and present in regular reviews with the clients to ensure client satisfaction and business retention
- To conduct market and competitors research and present the findings to stakeholders and clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Support and collaborate closely with field operations team and internal stakeholders to ensure operational and service excellence
- Handle and investigate clients’ feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner, and assist in service recovery when required
- Assist in the preparation of field operations’ itinerary
- Monitor and maintain operational smoothness, addressing any issues or bottlenecks promptly
- Conduct audit checks on field operations to ensure compliance to SOP
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
