Duties & Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment & OOS check at all touch points
- Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check
- Product and touch points hygiene & cleanliness
- Merchandising standards/guideline to maintain/ defend Brand SOS
- Price compliance and tagging
- Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions
- Timely promotion execution- setup & maintain display
- POSM deployment & disposal
- Promo check
- Blackmores and competitor price checks
- On-field data collection via FFAS-OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned
- To provide excellent customer and sale service in a retail environment
- Identify and attend to customer's needs and enquiries on our products
- Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products
