Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day Operations task for project
- Develop and update job description and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship
- Maintain and input active recruitment database
- Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis
- Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks on any recruitment/project issues

Job Requirements

- At least SPM/Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG background or related field is advantages for this position
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
- Candidate must be proactive in resolving issues, think out of the box, have positive working attitude
- Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and Savvy Technology
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.
