Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Region Operations Manager in
day-to-day Operations task for project
- Develop and update job description and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking,
referral and etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the
relevant project within schedule
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
attitudes
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship
- Maintain and input active recruitment database
- Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on
timely basis
- Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks
on any recruitment/project issues
