Duties & Responsibilities

- Create and work to a training schedule
- Develop, define, and maintain product/application training programs
- Work with the Activation Team & Field Operations Team to ensure the training is provided whenever needed
- Train, coach and mentor the colleagues on the selling skills, product knowledge, company initiatives
- Coordinate the training material creation with the manager

Job Requirements

- Possess Diploma & above in any field
- 1-2 years working experience in relevant field
- Proficient language in English, Malay & Mandarin will be added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to interact with all levels/positions.
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment solve problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have own transport and willing to travel
