Duties & Responsibilities
- Assistin identifying new potential clients, qualify and acquire new business accounts to achieve sales target.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Assist in identifying and recommending enhanced and new services that answer clients’ business needs.
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients and advertising agencies in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Assist in preparation of proposal and credentials.
- Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio.
- Assist in proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities locally and in other states or in conjunction with senior staff.
- To ensure client’s in-store POSM delivered and executed in timely manner.
- Working closely with internal teams to handle client’s issues and solve strategically.
- Regular reviews and reporting on sales target and overall performance through periodical reports and discussion meetings.
- Work closely with colleagues on cross selling opportunities and other internal teams
- Assist in gathering information on competitive landscape and market trends.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing or advertising sales. However, fresh graduate without experience but possess personal attributes (stated below) are also encouraged to apply.
- Good command in English (written & oral), Chinese dialect (oral) is an added advantage.
- Self-starter, organized, resourceful, independent and self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, result oriented, a team player and IT savvy
- Between 21 – 50 years
