Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform audit & monitor team performance, attendance and manage day-to-day discipline matters
- Audit accuracy of sales achievement
- On ground coaching for promoter
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers
- Resolve operations challenges with the support from Colgate Palmolive (Connect supervisor with the distributor)
- Ensuring promoter are aggressively approaching shoppers
- Check on OOS
- Compile sales & report performance
