Duties & Responsibilities
- Key operational contact person at assigned region.
- Responsible to conduct field operation cycle meet & major training initiatives at regional level.
- To lead, coach and manage Field Executive at assigned region in achieving agreed monthly promoter sales & engagement targets.
- Oversee daily operation matters to ensure smooth execution.
- To ensure team members follow strictly the agreed operational, training and logistics SOPs set.
- To review and share feedback for region team submission on market intelligence reports, sales and engagement achievement tracking for Project Manager bi-weekly presentation.
- To conduct periodic field visit with the objective to monitor promoter activation plans and merchandising initiatives that supports in-store sell-out excellence.
