Duties & Responsibilities

• Key operational contact person at assigned region.

• Responsible to conduct field operation cycle meet & major training initiatives at regional level.

• To lead, coach and manage Field Executive at assigned region in achieving agreed monthly promoter sales & engagement targets.

• Oversee daily operation matters to ensure smooth execution.

• To ensure team members follow strictly the agreed operational, training and logistics SOPs set.

• To review and share feedback for region team submission on market intelligence reports, sales and engagement achievement tracking for Project Manager bi-weekly presentation.

• To conduct periodic field visit with the objective to monitor promoter activation plans and merchandising initiatives that supports in-store sell-out excellence.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma.

• 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions

• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

• Applicants must have own transport.

• Applicants must be willing to travel.
