Role


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaison with logistic arrangement with DHL team together with sales team and ensure the delivery of POSM, premiums and sample pack are delivered accordingly based on the details shared by Shopper Activation Supervisor.
  • Arrangement of POSM / Samples / Premiums between Internal and External party to ensure the right details captured as per info from Shopper Activation Supervisor.
  • Managing the incoming POSM, Premiums together with DHL and ensure items are well received and stored at the designated location.
  • Managing ad hoc printing / delivery request for POSM.
  • Connect internally (sales team) and externally (agency) on proposed outlets, consent letter & photo submission for activation activity.
  • Validate agency’s activation activity opening report on opening stocks & promotion price.
  • Assist to liaise with Agency & Sales team to follow up on consent letter to ensure all activation was executed as per planned.
  • Manage quotation & SAP system.
  • Updating POSM & Premium balance in DHL.
  • Updating the delivery status of POSM, Premiums and sample with DHL.
  • Validate data on activation report sent by agency.
  • Monthly update the balance of POSM and premium available in DHL.
  • Reconciliation of media invoices – matching third party supporting invoices to the invoices billed.
  • Perform quarterly stock count feasibility check, handling & control of all POSM/ premiums located in DHL

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • 1 year working experience
  • Good command in English (oral + written) and Bahasa Malaysia (oral)
  • Intermediate level for MS Excel
  • Fast learner, good interpersonal/ communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
  • Open minded and able to accept changes.
