Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Weekly WIP with Client
  • Data analysis and able to provide report insights
  • Monthly Business Review Meeting and engagement with Client
  • Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers
  • Manage ad-hoc request & manpower allocations
  • Prepare and plan of itinerary & recruitment for the team
  • Monthly meeting and updates on merchandisers performance/KPI achievement
  • Monitor merchandisers day to day performance and discipline matters
  • Ensure documentation submission & compliancy (salary, claims, insurance payout)
  • Perform audit & route ride with merchandisers and client
  • Allocate all POSM materials.
  • Backup support of field work
  • Travel to the region for field work and audit once a month

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM/ Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication & presentation skills, analysis on data
  • Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure, fast-changing environment at irregular hours (including weekends)
  • Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Must posses own transport and willing to travel to outstation
