- Liaise with Category Managers and follow-up on day-to-day operations in retail sites.
- Provide support to Category Managers in strengthening and expanding retail sales channels to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Planning and executing monthly supplier promo site-activations, sampling and on ground activations.
- Managing the usage of Marketing POSM to ensure smooth distribution of POSM to retail sites.
- Check and monitor marketing materials and displays in retail store to ensure all materials and displays are in good condition.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company’ objectives and make recommendations for future promotions.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with retailer, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal marketing and category team.
- Conduct trade market visit and market survey.
- Monitoring competitors’ movement and activities in the market.
- Assist with planning and day-to-day marketing execution and operations.
- Assist in marketing and promotion campaigns together with suppliers and Client agency.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with the relevant teams or stakeholders and on the branding execution
- Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and formulate timely improvements/strategies to improve awareness, visibility, and sales for the organization
