Experience Consultant


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/ post purchase)
  • Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
  • Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
  • Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
  • Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers
  • Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication
  • Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards brands objective

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification:Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Experience in other related industries are welcome
  • Must be able to communicate the business language – English, Bahasa Malaysia; understand at least 1 common Chinese dialect
  • Great team player- ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals.

  • Confident manner yet helpful and polite
  • 22- 35 years old
