Operations Manager - (Mobile Industry)


Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Nationwide Team Leaders and manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage nationwide sell out target
  • Manage nationwide Team Leaders
  • Manage nationwide operations efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor & update team’s performance / KPI achievement
  • Conduct monthly operations review with team leaders
  • Work closely with client and as key liaison person
  • Track performance of region’s stock level & sell out
  • Analyze overall team’s reports to provide insights & action plans on findings
  • Attend client’s bi-weekly / monthly meeting & new product launches / trainings
  • Provide training & coaching to nationwide Team Leaders
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders Leave & HR management
