Duties & Responsibilities
• To perform the task of a Recruiter activities including sourcing, selection process, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates
• Administer new join requirements and conduct induction program
• Manage the exit process in line with resignation policy and procedure
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report; updates on staff surplus/shortage report in comparison with the approved manpower budget.
• Lead career fair and other event activities.
• Monitor variance, update attrition trends or update status of each headcount request while ensuring the recruitment targets and KPIs are met
• Able to draw up the recruitment advertisement and be resourceful to optimize social media recruitment and explore beyond traditional channels of recruitment.
• Able to conduct job interviews for all level of positions and provide recommendations for hiring.
• The executive must be able to build quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
• Clear understanding of exit interviews and also management on retention / attrition / career path planning
• Review and implement continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Ensure all employment related documents are prepared accordingly
• Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee and advertisement recruitment (if any)
