Channel Marketing & Events Executive


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Channel Manager in managing clients through shopper marketing campaigns via advertising formats, visual merchandising and in-store activation
  • Assist the Channel Manager in meeting clients to discuss and understand their requirements
  • Assist the Channel Manager in providing and coordinating pre and post activities’ administrative and logistical support for the department and clients
  • Assist the Channel Manager in timeline and details of events and/or activities
  • Assist the Channel Manager in developing events and/or activities’ proposals and presentations
  • Work with Vendors/Contractors to fulfil events and/or activities’ requirements
  • Provide on-site support for assigned events and/or activities
  • Establish post events and/or activities’ evaluation and report
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for all events and/or activities


  • Minimum Higher Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration or Events Management
  • Preferably a background in retail/advertising/marketing/events
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Organized with good time management,
  • Friendly, Independent, Meticulous, Problem solver, Honest
  • May require to work late or on weekends occasionally.
  • Willing to travel
