Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop new clientele; maintain and grow existing client portfolios by selling & marketing Company’s services.
  • Business pitching - Information gathering & understanding of clients’ trade environments for development & preparation of proposals
  • To participate in contract renewal negotiation with procurement personnel.
  • Recommend enhanced manpower services that answers clients’ business needs.
  • Maintain an accurate & up-to-date business profile to be shared with management.
  • Build & maintain relationships with key people within the client’s organization.
  • Work closely with finance on invoice and legal on contract related matters
  • To ensure project invoicing & records are in accordance with individual project requirements.
  • Communicate and work closely with relevant departments (Operations, finance, administration, and HR) for information gathering & verification.





Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or minimum2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably in FMCG, manpower agency
  • Good command of written and spoken English & fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Analytical and detail conscious
  • Strong MS Words, Excel & Power Point skills
  • Multitasking & independent
  • Good team player; independent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
