Admin Assistant (June 2022)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Support to Admin Department
  • Responsible for Report compilation to clients with speed and accuracy
  • Follow up on team leaders & merchandisers’ on-time reports submission & compliance
  • Prepare and check claims on expenses etc in accordance to the Company’s guidelines
  • Tracking of leave application & leave balance monitoring
  • Handling purchasing and office maintenance
  • Co-ordinating POSM delivery for storage
  • Co-ordinating mails/ faxes/couriers


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or at least SPM with 1 year working experience
  • Preferably 2 years related experience
  • Committed and responsible
  • Good initiative and willing to learn
  • Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office applications

  Spoken Language:  Malay, English
