Payroll Executive


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll processing and payroll administration.
  • Checks payroll information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in HR reports preparation such as Headcount Report.
  • Assist in preparation ofemploymentletters.


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good understanding on payroll cycle such as processing, contribution and submissions.
  • At least 3years relevant experience in payroll administration (Preferably in Accounting Firm / Corporate Secretarial firm/ Recruitment Agency)
  • Exposure in payroll software application – Quick Pay
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Detail-oriented, good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
