Job Responsibilities:Assist in payroll processing and payroll administration.Checks payroll information for completeness and accuracy.Assist in HR reports preparation such as Headcount Report.Assist in preparation ofemploymentletters.
Requirements:Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplinesGood understanding on payroll cycle such as processing, contribution and submissions.At least 3years relevant experience in payroll administration (Preferably in Accounting Firm / Corporate Secretarial firm/ Recruitment Agency)Exposure in payroll software application – Quick PayProficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)Detail-oriented, good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
