  • Summary of Principal Job Accountabilities :
  • Providing administrative support to CEO
  • Responsible for collating required project information from other departments, project costing analysis/ compilation in conjunction related to the businesses
  • Assisting the CEO with all administrative and strategic task
  • Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities :
  • To manage all private secretarial and confidential matters of the CEO
  • To liaise professionally and strictly confidential with all levels of management, department and business associates.
  • Organizing and managing business/ meeting schedule, sending reminders, assessing priority of appointments and relocation as necessary
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO may require.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e- mails, preparing business/ meeting agenda, reports, memos, invoices letters, presentation materials and other documents.
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Handling wide range and confidential information or documents
  • Communicate with relevant departments (operations, finance, recruitment, administration, and HR) for information gathering & verification
  • Arrange vendor payment
  • Corporate website content updates & administration
  • Social media account updates & administration
  • Answering phones in a polite and professional manner and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Undertake assignments time-to-time, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by reporting manager


The above functions are by no means exhaustive. The responsibilities of the Position will be reviewed/amended from time to time to reflect the business needs of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • 1-3 years’ experience in PA role preferable
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, & Mandarin
