Operations Manager - (Fmcg)


Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

· To manage a group of executives, team leaders and merchandisers to ensure they achieve the day to day operation efficiency and effectiveness of the Client’s requirement in the assigned outlets.

· To liaise with Clients on the daily operations

· To review monthly operation needs and improve efficiency

Strategic planning of the day to day operations

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· To recruit, train and provide guidance to Executives & Team Leaders.

· Build rapport with clients and retail store personnel.

· To ensure the operation excellence of the field force personnel are carried out effectively and efficiently.

· To discipline and spot check field force personnel and outlets (Field audit)

· Monthly meetings with Clients on call effectiveness and OOS

· Meetings with Client on merchandisers / outlet issues

· Submission and completion of all reports timely and accurately

· Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers on all operation issues in the assigned area

· Set-up and update Standard Operating Procedures / Processes (SOPs)
