Recruitment Operations Executive (Johor, Petaling Jaya, Kelantan, Sarawak)

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day Operations task for project
  • Develop and update job description and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudeOn board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship
  • Maintain and input active recruitment database
  • Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis

  • Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks on any recruitment/project issues

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG background or related field is advantages for this position
  • English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate must be proactive in resolving issues, think out of the box, have positive working attitude, ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful. Have good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Below 40 years old
  • Computer literate and Savvy Technology
