Regional Sales Executive (Oct 2021)


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate & liaise with Sales Operation Manager & KA Team
  • Communicate & work with Sales Operation Manager & Client's regional PIC
  • Manage and achieve sales, plan of monthly LE vs target
  • Proper order by individual outlet - ensure no OOS / overstocks
  • To achieve outlets' and accounts' growth
  • To achieve Execution effectiveness
  • To deliver monthly KPI's
  • Drive store presence excellence - price, planogram, placement, POSM
  • Build / maintain strong relationship with customer
  • Meet / follow up with buyer to confirm promotion setup location & stock availability
  • To coach and develop merchandising team with high-performing sales
  • To manage planning, training and improve work quality of the team
  • Liaise with roadshow agency for setting
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
