Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate & liaise with Sales Operation Manager & KA Team
- Communicate & work with Sales Operation Manager & Client's regional PIC
- Manage and achieve sales, plan of monthly LE vs target
- Proper order by individual outlet - ensure no OOS / overstocks
- To achieve outlets' and accounts' growth
- To achieve Execution effectiveness
- To deliver monthly KPI's
- Drive store presence excellence - price, planogram, placement, POSM
- Build / maintain strong relationship with customer
- Meet / follow up with buyer to confirm promotion setup location & stock availability
- To coach and develop merchandising team with high-performing sales
- To manage planning, training and improve work quality of the team
- Liaise with roadshow agency for setting
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
