Role


Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly / monthly merchandising brief & refresher training
- Cascade information & as key liaison personnel with Team Leader
- Supervise & coach team leaders
- Support team leader in training & coaching new merchandisers
- Compile regional reports, cross check & ensure accuracy
- Interview & recruit team leaders & merchandisers
- Ensure various daily / weekly / monthly deliverables of Jump Admin are achieved
- Conduct Internal audit on merchandising quality
- Monitor daily merchandiser attendance tracking
- Tracking Promotion Price from Promo Bulletin & secondary Display execution
- Weekly Price Check
- OOS Tracking, highlight which SKU was in high OOS and update to client by weekly
- Managing POSM
- Liaise with Client & Distributor, problem solving on merchandiser or outlet issues
- Check merchandiser’s expenses claims & monthly KPI

Job Requirements
- Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma
- At least 1 year working experience in FMCG/sales operations
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. Other language command would be an added advantage.
- Aggressive, fast – learner and good people management skills
- 25 – 36 years old
- Must possess own transport
