Duties & Responsibilities
• Document Sorting – Delivery order
o Verify the quantity delivered against the Delivery Order
• Data Entry – delivery order
o Keying the Delivery order into excel
o Tracking on Delivery Order
o Prepare and sent to customer service to prepare Invoice
• Payment
o Getting invoice from Customer Service
o Assure that the document is pass to customer

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- 1 year working experience
- Good command in English (oral + written) and Bahasa Malaysia (oral)
- Intermediate level for MS Excel
- Personal Attributes & Characteristics:
- Fast learner, good interpersonal/ communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
- Open minded and able to accept changes.

Work Location: Batu 3, Shah Alam
