Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Owner of region performance assigned under the Operations Manager (each OM is assigned 2 or 4 region depending on the number of convenience retailunder the region)
- Focal for area operational excellence & sales target
- Build rapport with clients and retailers
- Liaise with client personnel
- Conduct monthly review with team on performance and identify area for improvement
- Conduct monthly review with client andOperations team for region performance and identify gaps & opportunities
- Lead trainer for the operations team
- Second level review for team report
- Manage 1st level appeal by retailer for audit
- Analysis & compilation of market intelligence
- Identify in-outlets opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans
- Deploy & ensure compliance of SOP
- Manage ad hoc request & manpower allocation
- Approval of itinerary, & recruitment for the team
- Consolidate reports for General Manager
