Operation Manager

Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations efficiency and effectiveness
  • Owner of region performance assigned under the Operations Manager (each OM is assigned 2 or 4 region depending on the number of convenience retailunder the region)
  • Focal for area operational excellence & sales target
  • Build rapport with clients and retailers
  • Liaise with client personnel
  • Conduct monthly review with team on performance and identify area for improvement
  • Conduct monthly review with client andOperations team for region performance and identify gaps & opportunities
  • Lead trainer for the operations team
  • Second level review for team report
  • Manage 1st level appeal by retailer for audit
  • Analysis & compilation of market intelligence
  • Identify in-outlets opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans
  • Deploy & ensure compliance of SOP
  • Manage ad hoc request & manpower allocation
  • Approval of itinerary, & recruitment for the team
  • Consolidate reports for General Manager

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Min 3 to 5 years as a Manager
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Above 28 years old
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to work under tight deadline
